We live in a huge natural area.
Our fields are biologically cultivated, from the cultures to the pig breeding.
We produce honey, marmalades and oil and the Chefs use them in our restaurant.
It is possible to buy our wines, infusions and our "pig meat selections".
The Etruscan-Roman Road of Wines
La Casella is near the Etruscan-Roman road of wines and this route winds
along the mountains and the valleys where the best D.O.C wines of the
Orvietano and the Amerino are produced.
This route reaches the main centers of the ancient wine tradition: Orvieto,
Amelia, Allerona, Alviano, Castel Viscardo, Ficulle, Lugnano in Teverina,
Narni, and Penna in Teverina. It is a very rich and evocative route, made
up not only of wine cellars and firms but also of history, art and nature,
suggestive landscapes, excellent wines and the typical tastes of Umbria.
