*Reservations: a deposit of 20% is required, on acceptance of the
reservation to confirm the reservation within 14 days. Failure to do so
will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation(s) being held.
Thereafter the final balance of 80% of the total value of the reservation(s)
will be payable directly at La Casella.
*Cancellation Policy:
Reservations will be charged as follows: " Within 10 days of arrival -
0% cancellation fee.
• Between 09 and 03 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 3 days prior to arrival - full 100% cancellation fee.
• No-Shows" and early departures - full 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees are calculated on the contract rate per person on the
total value of the reservation(s) made.
