*Peak Season "Extra": August 1st-31st, Easter, Christmas and New Year’s (during these periods the B&B service in not available).
*Peak Season: April, May, June, July.

Please Note: *The prices include wine and mineral bottled water served during meals.
*In August it is possible to book minimum 7 day-stays only.
*In June, July, August and September the swimming pools are open and free for our guests.
*At Easter and at Christmas it is possible to book minimum 3 day-stays only.

*Reservations: a deposit of 20% is required, on acceptance of the reservation to confirm the reservation within 14 days. Failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation(s) being held. Thereafter the final balance of 80% of the total value of the reservation(s) will be payable directly at La Casella.

*Cancellation Policy:
Reservations will be charged as follows: " Within 10 days of arrival - 0% cancellation fee.
•Between 09 and 03 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee.
•Less than 3 days prior to arrival - full 100% cancellation fee.
•No-Shows" and early departures - full 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees are calculated on the contract rate per person on the total value of the reservation(s) made.
