The wellness center
The philosophy of the wellnes farm La Casella is based on the idea of
a global wellness in which nature is the main element to derive all the
energy released by our valley. The water-flowing of the river, the silence
of the huge wood, a careful and accurate service, together with a warm
and informal atmosphere predispose to relax and forget the stress of everyday
life.
Together with pleasant outdoors sports, such as tennis, cycling, swimming
and walking along the paths of the forest, we offer you a strategic horse-back
riding program.
With the treatments of our wellnes farm - sauna, turkish bath, gelidarium
and hydromassage, our guests can enjoy all the benefits of natural treatments
and rediscover their inner energy.
Where the SPA is built there was the little cloister
of La Casella's old rural community. Originally it was a place to gather
during the feast days. We have restored the original plant of the building,
according to the memories of the last farmers who lived there.
The entire wellness center is surrounded with a wall protecting it from
every external noises. Inside there is the secular oak, that once cast
its shadow during the long summer days. Today the strenght of this big
tree reproposes the same atmosphere in the big relax room conveying the
concept of affection for the earth, symbol of great stability.
Inside the wellness center there is the “the humid zone”, with the water
massage bath (Jacuzzi) overlooking the external area in front of the big
oak, the massage and beauty treatments rooms and, upstairs, the yoga room,
with its big windows to enjoy all the energy of the sun.
Inside the cloister there is a big relax area, the ideal place to recover
yourself and listen to your body and soul.
Where the river flows there is energy!
With the new wellness center, La Casella is more and more Wellness Farm.
A valley where you can clearly enjoy all the energetic elements of nature:
the water-flowing of the river, the pure air oxygenated by a wood of more
than 1000 hectares, a strong land deeply linked with its big oaks and
its red summer sunsets.
